BNP leader Salauddin Quader Chowdhury today said he would file three cases against 12 people including former president Iajuddin Ahmed, former chief adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed, former Army chief Moeen U Ahmed and Chief Election Commissioner ATM Shamsul Huda.
In a press briefing at his Dhanmondi residence he told reporters that he would file the cases against the people on different charges including violating the Constitution.
Salauddin will file a case against Iajuddin Ahmed, Fakhruddin Ahmed, former advisers of the caretaker government (CG) Maj Gen (retd) MA Matin and Mainul Hosein.
Another case will be filed against former chairman of the Anti Corruption Commission Lt Gen (retd) Hasan Mashhud Chowdhury, CEC Shamsul Huda and his two commissioners Brig Gen (retd) Shakhawat Hossain and Sohul Hossain.
The third case will be filed against Lt Gen Masud Uddin Chowdhury, Brig Gen ATM Amin and Brig Gen (absconding) Fazlul Bari.
